Winston-Salem is distant from Durham. It takes around an hour and 20 minutes to reach Durham by car and the two cities are 80 miles apart. To begin, take 5th St E, 3rd St E and N Martin Luther King Jr Dr to US-421 S.

Now, follow US-421 S, I-40 E, and I-85 N to Durham Fwy/Morehead Ave/S Service Rd W in Durham. Then, take the exit toward US-15 BUS/US-501 BUS/Mangum St/Roxboro St from NC-147 S. Finally, take S Roxboro St to E Main St and you have reached Durham.
