Custom Orders Process:
First and foremost is the requirements needs to be clear for custom orders. As it would cost more if requirements were not clear. You will first need to Visualize and do some homework on what the important items are (such as picture frames, idols etc) that will need to be included in the cabinet and the spacing/dimensions of each and everything before choosing the design. Based on your requirements we will guide to choose a model, or changes need to be done on existing model. We have many clients choosing a model without proper communication, imagine that things will fit in there and once the order is complete figuring out if the items they have will fit in there or not. Unfortunately, this will end up with costly repair or re-build.
Design:
Custom orders are challenging. We have clients giving us many changes to be included in their order from the existing design. We always try our best to satisfy them but 100% it can’t be replicated as we don’t know what challenges we will go through at the time of construction. If any points are super important and has been communicated to us, we will give first preference. Other things that we are not able to do will be avoided, so you need to aware than 100% will not replicated from the notes if challenges occur. You will need to be flexible on this.
Cost:
If requirements are not clear. And if in the middle of construction if any new work needs to be done it will end up with the cost going higher. Once the order is complete and you get to find out some changes needs to be done or important requirements are missing that was not properly communicated to us. Divinewoodncrafts has full authority to either re-work or build a new unit for additional charge. We are Not a home based business so frequent communication or updates to the Client is not possible, if you frequent communcation there will a additional charge for somone to send picture, updates etc. We encourage to call you in a month to get some updates.
Timeline:
We always try our best to finish orders on time, there are times if the labor availability or machine repair the timelines might be extended. Some of these are unexpected. So we want you to be flexible on this.
Order Completion:
Once the order is complete, we do share pictures/videos for Out of State clients where they get to see the product before shipping. And our Inside State Client’s if they are picking up, they have opportunity to see the product in person before they pick up. If any changes or fixes needed after pick-up or shipping, we are NOT responsible.
Company Policy:
Due to nature of the business. NO Refunds/ Returns on Custom Pooja Mandirs. Custom Cabinets are built for a particular customer requirement and cannot be sold to other customers.
