Refunds and Exchanges:
NO Refunds on any items.
Custom Pooja Mandirs:
If any major damage during transit, you must first email/call us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Email/Call to alert us of the damage, we will inspect the damage. If it is a minor cosmetic issue, we will not be able to accept the item. If it is major damage such as broken or missing parts, the functionality of the item we can help to fix the issue, or if it cannot be fixed we will let you know the procedure to return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will inspect it and schedule to build another mandir. Once a new Mandir is built we will ship the item. Due to the nature of the business, we will NOT be able to make a refund on Custom Mandirs & furniture’s/accessories.
In case of damage to the other Pooja items purchased on the website, you must first email/call us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Email/Call to alert us of the damage, we will inspect the damage. And we will process to ship the new item.
Without major damage, Custom Pooja Mandirs or any custom furniture can not be returned.
To return your damaged product, you should first contact us prior to shipping back the item. Without informing us if the item is returned back we will not be responsible. And the new product will not be shipped back.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Divine Wood N Crafts is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Divine Wood N Crafts will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
